Shipping Information
Here are a few things you can expect when you complete your order:
- You will receive an order confirmation via email. The order confirmation lets you know that I have received your order and am working on it.
- Since our products are made to order, your order will ship out within 5-7 business days. If your order contains bleached items, your order will ship out within 7-10 days. If your order contains boutique corner items, your order will ship out within 1-3 days. Custom orders will ship out within 7-14 days. (or delivered if "local delivery" was an option at checkout)
- When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your package tracking information in it. If the shipment email is not received, you can check the tracking information by logging into your Rustic Cuts account. If you have not signed up, but would like to, you can do so at the top of the home page.
Shipping times are only an estimate of when the USPS expects your package to arrive. Due to Covid restrictions, these estimates are not always accurate. Your product ships from Massachusetts.
USPS First Class Mail: 3-5 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail: 1-2 Business Days
Rustic Cuts is not responsible for any delays in USPS shipping.
Shipping Address
Please be sure to double check your shipping address. If a product is returned to me due to non-deliverable address or wrong address, buyer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
If a package is sent to the wrong address and is in transit please contact the post office directly to see if package is able to be intercepted and address corrected.
