PRODUCTION INFORMATION
Turn around times are based off of the time it takes me to hand make your product. These times will vary slightly.
Current production times are 5-7 days. If your order contains bleached items, production times are 7-10 days. My products are made to order so that I am able to keep costs down. Making products to order means I do not have to keep costly inventory on hand at all times. It also means that I don't have to pass that cost on to you and am able to offer products at the best price possible. The most important part being that it gives me the ability to focus on making you the best products possible! Custom orders can take up to 14 days.
If you need your order by a specific date, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate you. If you need priority shipping, please be sure to use that shipping option upon check out.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Here are a few things you can expect when you complete your order:
- You will receive an order confirmation via email. The order confirmation lets you know that I have received your order and am working on it.
- Since our products are made to order, your order will ship out within 5-7 business days. If your order contains bleached items, your order will ship out within 7-10 business days (or delivered if "local delivery" was an option at checkout)
- When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your package tracking information in it. If the shipment email is not received, you can check the tracking information by logging into your Rustic Cuts account. If you have not signed up, but would like to, you can do so at the top of the home page.
Shipping times are only an estimate of when the USPS expects your package to arrive. Your product ships from Massachusetts.
USPS Ground Advantage: 3-5 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail: 1-2 Business Days
Rustic Cuts is not responsible for any delays in USPS shipping.
Please be sure to double check your shipping address. If a product is returned to me due to non-deliverable address or wrong address, buyer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
If a package is sent to the wrong address and is in transit please contact the post office directly to see if package is able to be intercepted and address corrected.
PAYMENT METHODS
Rustic Cuts accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Visa.
- Rustic Cuts checkout features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
- PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
- Shop Pay interest free payment installments
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Items for return/exchange must be in the same condition that they were received. Refunds for returns will be processed upon return delivery of your order to the original payment method.
